the rules which previously applied to travellers to France no longer apply:

Travelers no longer have any formalities to complete before their arrival in France, in mainland France and overseas, and the presentation of the health pass is no longer required, regardless of the country or area of origin;

No further proof of travel (the "compelling reason") is required;

Travelers no longer have to present a sworn statement of non-contamination and a commitment to undergo an antigenic test or a biological examination on arrival in the national territory.

The Indian Government requires that all travelers submit a Self-Declaration form on the online Air Suvidha portal within 72 hours before the scheduled travel. A printed copy must be kept with the traveller at all times to be presented to the Check-in Officer at SSR International Airport and to the airport health staff upon arrival. Please ensure that your mobile number is correct on the form.
Unvaccinated passengers are required to upload a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report on the portal. This test should have been conducted within 72 hrs prior to undertaking the journey. The negative PCR test report must be presented at Check-in.

Each passenger shall also submit a declaration with respect to authenticity of the report and will be liable for criminal prosecution, if found otherwise.

Passengers travelling to India via Dubai are subjected to additional requirements.
On arrival in India, passengers need to abide by the following measures:

Random Covid-19 testing at the airport on arrival.

All passengers have to self-monitor their health for next 14 days of arrival. If passengers under self-health monitoring, develop signs and symptoms of COVID-19, they will have to self-isolate and report to the nearest health facility or call National helpline number (1075) / State Helpline Number
Note:
Children under 5 years of age are exempted from both pre- and post-arrival testing. However, if found symptomatic for COVID-19 on arrival or during the period of self-monitoring, they shall undergo testing and treated as per protocol.
Travel exigencies
Any passenger having been tested Covid-19 positive within 7 days of departure shall not be allowed to board the flight.
